Other indicators such as extreme numbness and tightening of the chest can convince the person that he is actually having a heart attack.

Simple tasks such as going to a public place, or operating a motor vehicle are just a couple things that can affect a person that suffers from frequent panic attacks. Trying to live with the pain is one of worst things someone can do when trying to stop panic attacks. Getting help is the first step, but going right to medication may not be the answer.

This problem can be treated in a number of ways, from medication to simple breathing techniques. If panic and anxiety attacks are getting in the way of your everyday living, seek to get rid of them in a natural way.
